Our manufacturing facility is a professional manufacturer for producing series of pipe fittings, such as intermediate frequency elbow, tee, reducer, and flange, etc. Established in 1986, it has more than 20 years' production history. The site covers an area of 99,000 square meters with a building area of 15,000 square meters. Our team includes 415 staff members, featuring 43 medium and senior professional technicians. Furthermore, we collaborate with experts from major institutions such as Electric Power Design Institute, SINOPEC Corporation, and Xi'an Pipe Research Institution.

We maintain a perfect quality guarantee system and rigorous testing methods. We strictly implement national standards and enterprise internal control standards, achieving ISO9001-2000 and API certifications. The facility has also secured the Special Equipment Manufacture License issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine.

Currently, there are 6 pipe fittings production lines in operation. We utilize advanced hydraulic intermediate frequency pushing TZ-1200 production lines. The maximum machining diameter for seamless elbows can reach 1200mm with a wall thickness of 120mm. Additionally, our 10 flange production lines can handle machining diameters exceeding 6000mm.
